Monthly Winter Rentals available during the months of October,
\nNovember, December, January, February, March<\/h2>\n

Winter\/monthly rentals of ninety (90) consecutive days or longer are tax free<\/h3>\n

All winter rentals require a security deposit equal to one month rental amount and a departure cleaning fee<\/h3>\n

Housekeeping available every 2 weeks during your stay<\/strong><\/p>\n

Some monthly winter rates include basic utilities as follows: electric, water\/sewer, garbage pickup and basic cable. Any other services requested by the guest will be the responsibility of the guest for payment and must be approved by Eagle Beach Rentals prior to installation. Not all properties participate in the winter\/monthly rental program.<\/p>\n
