ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES OR STUDENT RENTALS - MUST BE 25 OR OLDER (FAMILIES) TO RENT. If a house party is reported or discovered, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund of any rental amount paid and any damages will be charged to your guest account. A valid id is required at check-in. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay if a house party is suspected or reported.
